Hola a todos! Well here we are starting to enter into the hot season down here in the Monterrey area. This last week we've been in the 90s and heading to the 100s. We have been working hard here as a zone and we have set some pretty awesome goals. Pres. McArthur said in his email to me this last week that we are setting a great example for the rest of the mission. One of our compromisos that we have as a zone is to invite 80 people to baptism every week per companionship. It is a really tough goal but it pushes us to work harder and it helps us find a lot more investigators. Elder Salas got sick Saturday night and was throwing up on Sunday but we still got out and worked a bit. We had one of our investigators come to church and this next week we are going to have even more. The sun has been killer these last few days. My watch tan line is getting even more aparent now.
Today we had a pretty awesome zone activity. We all got our bikes to Montemorelos and we went up to the big monument and afterwards played some soccer and then went to this place that sells really good quesadillas. Anyway things are great! The Gospel saves lives! And it's true! Love you all!
Elder Hoyt
