Hola Hola Hola!
Cómo estan? This last week has been pretty good. Lots of things to do here at the MTC. In the mornings we get up at 6:30 and get ready for breakfast at 7:15 in the comedor. After breakfast we usually go to our classroom and have personal study until 8:45. We then have a few hours of language study, memorization of scriptures, and practicing teaching our lessons. We do all this until lunch at 12:15. After lunch we go to TALL which is a language learning program on the computer. We have about an hour of TALL and then we have daily planning. After daily planning we have an hour of gym time where we do volleyball, frisbee, ping pong, basketball, tennis, or lift weights. mostly beach volleyball. after gym we go back to our classroom for companion study until dinner at 5:15. After dinner we have more language study and teaching lessons until 9. we then go home, pray, and go to bed. And then we wake up and repeat the same thing.
This easter was pretty good. We had a special world wide devotional for all the MTCs where Dallin H. Oaks and his wife spoke to us about Christs resurrection and how it was a literal event and will be a literal occurrance for everyone and that this truth is the foundation of our missionary message. Spanish is coming easier and easier. I can now understand most of what people say with no problem and lessons in spanish have become almost second nature. It´s such a beautiful place here.
I love my district. there are only 6 of us. Elder Ballard, Elder Johansen, Elder Powers, Hermana Powell, Hermana Martinou, and Me. These guys have become like family. We do all of our activities as a district and we help each other with lessons and spanish.
Here is my testimony in spanish:
Yo se que Jesucristo es nuestros Salvador. Yo se que El Libro de Mormón es la palabra de Dios. Se que La Iglesia de Jesucristo de Los Santos de Los Últimos Días es verdadero. En el nombre de Jesucristo Amen.
I Love you all and i miss you. Until next time.
Love,
